WBC Asian Boxing Council Continental Flyweight Champion Raymond Tabugon (L) and his opponent former muay thai combatant Kaichon Sor Vorapin of Thailand scaled-in identical weight of 112 lbs (50.8 kgs) ahead of their non-title 10-rounder clash Tuesday night (Sep 9) in Polomolok, South Cotabato, 15 minutes northwest of Gensan.
The 23 year-old Tabugon (13-3-1, 5 KO's), slightly taller than the Thai warrior, can not afford to lose the battle, his first one against a foreign fighter.
In the co-main event, hard-swinging WBF super flyweight titlist Daryl "Flash" Basadre (12-1-1, 9 KO's) of Cagayan de Oro made 116 lbs (52.6 kgs) while crafty Davae?o veteran Philip Parcon tipped the scales 4 pounds heavier at 120 lbs (54,400 kgs). The non-title 8-rounder will be an interesting test for Basadre, 21, who has knocked out his last three opponents.

Moralde and Apolinario.
In another crucial rumble, hard-hitting 21 year-old Davae?o Engelbert "Aguila" Moralde (7-2, 5 KOs) and Paul Apolinario (10-11-2, 6 KO's) of Maasim, Sarangani appeared sharp and in excellent shape as they both weighted-in at 116 lbs (52,600 kgs) for their 8-round war.
In addition to the above fights, fans will witness an exciting battle of southpaws when "The Gensan Hittman" JR Edurot (9-2, 8 KO's) attempts to scalp Butuan warrior Rolando Omela. The two can't wait for the first bell to be heard for their six-rounder is in the featherweight division.
Also eager to see action are Jr. Flyweights Ronnie Tanallon (4-1, 1 KO) willing to exchange bombs with brave debutant Ryan Bahala in 4-round war. Tanallon has more experience. Bahala has his big heart.
Attending the fights is free of charge thanks to the support of lGU Polomolok and the Honorable Polomolok Mayor Madame Honey L. Lumayag-Matti.
Fights start at 7pm! Are you planing to miss them?
