LAS VEGAS, Nev. – One of boxing's fastest-rising young stars, Jaycob "The Raging Bull" Ramos (4-1-1), has officially signed an exclusive long-term management agreement with Andrew Bocanegra, President of Boxing VIP, marking another major milestone in the Dallas native's pursuit of a world championship in the featherweight division.
At just 26 years old, Ramos has emerged as one of the sport's most exciting young prospects. Before becoming one of boxing's brightest professional talents, he had his sights set on Olympic glory. A two-time Texas Golden Gloves State Champion, Ramos earned an invitation to train with the USA International Team and was preparing to pursue a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team. However, the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted those plans and ultimately led Ramos to pursue the professional ranks instead. Making his professional debut in May 2023, he has since developed into one of the most exciting young featherweights in the sport, combining technical skill, explosive power, relentless pressure, and an entertaining style that has quickly made him a fan favorite.
Ramos' rapid rise earned him a contract with Dana White's Zuffa Boxing in early 2026, where he has become a featured attraction on the promotion's nationally televised events on Paramount+. Competing under the Zuffa Boxing banner has introduced Ramos to one of boxing's largest audiences and further elevated his profile as one of the brightest young talents in the featherweight division.
Most recently, Ramos showcased his championship potential at Zuffa Boxing 4 inside the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, battling previously undefeated prospect Ethan Perez to a thrilling majority draw in one of the night's most memorable fights. The performance further solidified Ramos as one of the premier prospects in the 126-pound division.
Now, with Boxing VIP guiding his career outside the ring, Ramos is focused on taking the next step toward boxing's biggest stage.
"Signing a management contract with Andrew Bocanegra and Boxing VIP is the missing piece I needed to take my career to the next level," said Ramos. "My job is to train, improve, and dominate inside the ring. Having an experienced team handling my career allows me to stay focused on becoming a world champion while pursuing the biggest opportunities the sport has to offer."
Andrew Bocanegra believes Ramos possesses all the qualities necessary to become one of boxing's next stars.
"Jaycob is one of the most talented young featherweights I've seen in years," said Andrew Bocanegra, President of Boxing VIP. "He has an exceptional amateur background, tremendous discipline, and an exciting style that fans love. His ceiling is incredibly high, and I truly believe he has everything it takes to become a world champion. We're committed to putting him in the best position possible to reach that goal by creating the right opportunities and building his career the right way."
Already back in training camp, Ramos is preparing for his next appearance under the Dana White-led Zuffa Boxing banner later this year as he continues his climb toward title contention.
Fans should keep a close eye on Jaycob "The Raging Bull" Ramos as his next fight date is expected to be announced soon.
