Panamanian female superstar and WBA interim super flyweight world champion Nataly Delgado, 31 (20-7-2, 5 KOs), will face American regular champion Jasmine Artiga, 34 (15-0-1, 7 KOs), on June 13 at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida, in a new women's world boxing event organized by Most Valuable Promotions (MVP).

Delgado defended her title for the second time on March 28 against Venezuelan Joselin Fernandez at the Crowne Plaza Convention Center in Managua, in an event supported by the Nicaraguan government.

Nataly is a professional public servant in Panama, and the Panamanian government will once again allow her to train.

Panamanian professional boxing has been strongly supported by its various governments. Panama will even host the third Ordinary Congress of World Boxing in November 2026, solidifying its position as a key player in the future of international Olympic boxing.

Furthermore, Alfredo Mendoza, Vice President of Fedelatin and grandson and son of Gilberto Mendoza Sr. and Gilberto Mendoza Jr., organizes the WBA Future Boxing program throughout the year in conjunction with the Municipality of Panama City and various local governments across the country.

Alfredo Mendoza is the leading candidate to head the World Boxing Association in 2030 and is promoting the development of youth boxing through large-scale Future of Panamanian Boxing events.
