All four main event fighters successfully made weight today, Friday, for their respective IBF title bouts scheduled tomorrow night at the Intex Arena in Osaka, Japan.

The Philippines' Pedro Taduran, the defending IBF minimumweight champion, weighed in half a pound under the weight limit 47.4kg (104.5lbs) while Japanese challenger Ginjiro Sigeoka came in slightly heavier at 47.6kg (104.9lbs).

The stage is now perfectly set for their 12-round showdown, a rematch of their July 28, 2024, encounter where Taduran famously stopped Shigeoka in the 9th round to claim the title. Both fighters displayed intense focus during the weigh-in, hinting at the deep-seated rivalry that will undoubtedly fuel their performances.

In the co-main event IBF featherweight championship bout, reigning champion Angelo Leo (25-1, 12 KOs) tipped the scales at a lean 57kg (125.7lbs). His challenger, hometown hero Tomoki Kameda (42-4, 23 KOs), matched him precisely, also coming in at 57kg (125.7lbs). Both fighters appeared to be in peak physical condition, promising a thrilling clash for the 12-round contest.
