MAYWEATHER DOMINATES MOSLEY OVER 12 ROUNDS

Floyd Mayweather once again showed his dominance, this time against a quality opponent in Shane Mosley. Mayweather was simply too accurate and in much better condition than the 38 year old Mosley. Mosley had his moment though in round 2 where a right hook to the top of the head stunned Mayweather and Mosley did all he could to try to finish him. However, it seemed as if Mosley ran out of gas after that, and Mayweather started to go to work with precision hand jabs off an excellent jab. That was a key to Mayweather?s offense, who had to be offensive to win this fight. There were times where it looked like Mayweather would stop Mosley or that Mosley?s corner would stop the fight. But Shane has been a warrior all his career and finished the fight on his feet. The scores were: 119-109, 119-109, 118-110 all for Mayweather. Philboxing.com had it 119-109. Great win for Mayweather. Now the world looks to Pacquiao-Mayweather, which must happen now. More details on the fight in a latter column.
