Patrick Rivera wins Pacman's Cue Club 10-Ball Tournament; pockets P100,000

Patrick Rivera captures the Lunar Horse Battle Royal 10-Ball title, defeating Arjay De Jesus, 9-6, in an epic finals battle held at the Pacman's Cue Club, located at Lower Ground Floor, Worldwide Corporate Center, Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City over the weekend.
The victory earned Rivera P100,000 in this event hosted by International Billiards and Snooker Champion Marlon Manalo.
"I am very happy for winning this tournament and very thankful to all who supported me financially and emotionally", said Rivera.
De Jesus, in the meantime pocketed the runner-up prize of P20,000.
Earlier, Rivera toppled Eduardo "Tisoy" Saracho, 9-3, in the quarterfinals then subdued Henrick Daguilles, 9-5, in the semifinals to arrange a titular showdown with De Jesus.
De Jesus, on the other hand bested Paul Kenneth Arpilleda, 9-4, and Arsenio Cenina, 9-7, respectively.-Marlon Bernardino-
