Monday’s Action Featured 158 Decisions inside Lubbock Memorial Civic Center
LUBBOCK, Texas (December 8, 2025) – The first day of competition at the 2025 USA Boxing National Championships concluded on Monday inside the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center in Lubbock, Texas. In partnership with Visit Lubbock , USA Boxing decided 158 bouts throughout the first day of action.
Monday’s schedule began with a combined 78 bouts in the Bantam, Intermediate and Junior male divisions. In the opening session, 41 matchups were decided via unanimous decision, three by RSC and four by walkover.
There were 80 bouts finalized in the evening session for the Youth and Elite Male divisions, with just over half, 42, determined by 5-0 decisions. Seven of the evening session’s 80 bouts were decided by stoppage, highlighted by a speedy first-round finish from Brody Ledoux (Sylmar, Calif.) in the Elite Male 132 lbs. division.
Competition continues on Tuesday with two sessions: starting with session one at noon CT, featuring 12 Bantam Male bouts. There will then be 27 Intermediate Male contests, followed by 40 Junior Male matchups to round out the opening session.
Tuesday’s second session begins at 6 p.m. and will feature 96 bouts, starting with 16 Youth Male matchups in the opening four contests of each ring. There will be 80 Elite Male matchups conducted across seven weight classes to round out Tuesday’s evening slate.

USABoxing.org, free of charge. Tickets to attend the remaining five days of competition at the 2025 USA Boxing National Championships are still available and must be purchased at the door. Daily passes are priced at $10, while weekly passes are available for $50.
