Paras stops Abcede in 2nd round

ORTHODOX Vince “Kamikaze” Paras of General Santos City knocked out Jatsever Abcede of Bukidnon with a lethal right in the 2nd round last February 26.
Paras knocked down Abcede twice in the 1st round and continued chasing Abcede with the vicious right in the second round.
Paras earned his 25th win and his 19 knockout against four losses and one draw while Abcede suffered his 16th loss against 22 wins.
Paras recently lost by a unanimous decision to South Africa’s Ricardo Malajika for the IBO World super flyweight title last November 29 at Kempton Park in South Africa.
Meanwhile, featherweight Pete Apolinar [19-7-1, 12s] of Makati scored a 1st round knockout against Renan Portes of Bukidnon in the main supporting bout.
