Vince Paras Wins by 4th Round KO Over Sarawut Thawornkham to Capture the IBF Pan Pacific Super Flyweight Title

General Santos City, Philippines — June 29, 2025 —
Sunday ight at Venue 88, Vince Paras delivered a spectacular performance, knocking out Sarawut Thawornkham in the 4th round to claim the IBF Pan Pacific Super Flyweight Title. In a highly anticipated crossroad fight between two former world title challengers, Paras looked stronger throughout the bout. He effectively hit Thawornkham with a body shot, followed by powerful head shots that ended the fight in dramatic fashion.

Promoted by Sanman Boxing, headed by CEO Jim Claude Manangquil, the victory marks a significant milestone in Paras’s career. After the fight, Paras stated: "I want to fight the world champions at super flyweight. I feel comfortable in this weight and am ready for the top."

In the supporting bouts, Ramil Macado secured a unanimous 10-round decision over Adrian Dulayba in a prospects’ showdown. On the undercard, Pete Apolinar won by a 7th-round KO against Pablito Canada. Japanese fighter Kiyota Narukami triumphed over Dennis Gaviola with a 3rd-round KO. Cholo Alvarez earned a 6th-round decision victory over Joshua Padual, while Michael Bantayan finished the opening bout with a knockout over Nilo Entero.
