CEBU, Philippines — Araneta and Yotboon ready for action!

Popular World Ranked Filipino Christian “The Bomb” Araneta and his Thai opponent Sanchai Yotboon successfully made weight today in Cebu, looking strong ahead of their main event clash in Omega Gym’s KUMBATI 18.

The two fighters will collide hard during their scheduled 8-chapter rumble on Wednesday, December 11, at the IPI Compound in Mandaue Cebu.

NO INJURY FOR ARANETA

Not having any problem anymore with any kind of injury, the hard-hitting 29-year-old Araneta wants to score a thrilling KO.

For that, he is being guided into combat by long-time Omega head coach “Doc J,” Julius Erving Junco and the Omega Team.

Meanwhile the 27-year-old Yotboon is being handled by his manager Pastsarawan Artharn of Bangkok, Thailand.

Also, Christian will count with the assistance of Omega Gym’s trusted brothers and sister Ramon Jandayan, Miss Ledled, and Omega coordinator Andrew Cinco.

FANS NEED TO SUPPORT THEIR LOCAL BOY

Yes, that’s because Yotboon (16-8, 10 KOs), is from Kamphaeng Phet in Northern Thailand, while the local boy Christan Araneta (24-2, 19 KOs) proudly represent Mandaue, Cebu!!!

It’s a fight that No boxing fan in Cebu can afford to miss.

For most observers, Yotboon is expected to bring his A-game, having nothing to lose and so much, so much, to win. I agree.

That’s because the Thai knows that the southpaw Araneta is currently the IBF #1 world ranked mandatory fighter in the Light Flyweight division, being also in the world rankings of the WBA and the WBC.

Beating Araneta would be HUGE for Yotboon and for Thai boxing.

Could that happen at a crucial moment when the Cebuano Araneta is in the doorsteps of a much-wanted world title shot?

In fact, it is possible that Araneta could be a challenger for 32-year-old IBF world champion Masamichi Yabuki (17-4, 16 KOs) of Nagoya, Japan.

It is possible and that is why Araneta’s Wednesday fight is so important.

So what will happen Wednesday?

👉 Will the experienced IBF #1 Christian Araneta detonate one of his bombs on his Thai foe?

👉 Or will the Thai boxer give Christian the biggest shock of his life?

Fans can not miss the action with so much at stake! Plus, Araneta is never boring!
