
Angina wins by devastating KO over Panthong in Thailand

Australian Super Flyweight champion Brian Agina won by 2nd round KO against Niratsai Panthong of Thailand at the Melbourne Whitehorse Event Centre Saturday night.
“Brian Agina was devastating tonight. He knocked down Panthong in the 1st round who barely survived the round. At the start of the 2nd round a right hand left hook combination had Panthong on the canvas again,”said Hall of Fame Promoter Peter Maniatis.
“This was a very important fight for Brian Agina. This win sets up
his next fight with former Pakistan Commonwealth Games representative Syed Muhammad Asif for a WBC Australiasia Super Flyweight title which has been approved by WBC secretary Patrick Cusick.
“Agina also has a very good team behind him with Trainer Chris Folima and Alison, also Ricky Leonard and sponsor and employer Jarrod Edwards
