The draw has been made for the 2023 UK Open Pool Championship taking place from May 30 to June 4 at the Copper Box Arena, London with defending champion Joshua Filler set to meet Jaspal Bamotra in the opening round.

Hosted in one of the UK’s most historic sporting venues, players will do battle for the $200,000 prize fund with vital World Nineball Tour Ranking points on the line over six-action packed days to become the second-ever UK Open champion.
Home favourite Jayson Shaw will meet Jamie Mocock and World Nineball Tour No.1 Francisco Sanchez Ruiz has drawn Bash Maqsood of Great Britain while the World Snooker Tour's top 16 player Gary Wilson will return for another stint of Nineball against Joe Granville.
The USA's Shane Van Boening has five US Open crowns to his name and the journey for his first title on British waters since the 2022 World Pool Championship will begin against Juuso Nuutinen from Finland. Fresh off the back of claiming the World Pool Masters just a few weeks ago, Ko Pin Yi's competition will start out against Danny Johnson.
Gabriel Vasilache and Joe Prince both qualified for the UK Open through the first-ever WNT - The Qualifier series held earlier on this month in Surrey with the pair meeting
Karl Williams and Michal Puk respectively.

Tickets are available from £15 a day to enjoy the action inside one of London's most historic sporting venues.
