CARCEDO, RASULOV MAKE WEIGHIT IN MELBOURNE

Filipino No. 4 rated boxer on Boxrec super lightweight Jhun Rick “Iron Fist” Carcedo weighed in at 140 pounds while his opponent Jackhongir Rasulov of Uzbekistan came in at 141 pounds for their 8-round scheduled super lightweight bout at St Kilda Arena in Melbourne, Australia tomorrow night, April 22 promoted by Peter Maniatis & Kings of Kombat Promotions.

Carredo (9 wins, 1 loss) and his team at Sanman Promotions have done their homework on a game plan to beat the undefeated power punching Rasulov (4-0, 4KOs) who is said to be a counter puncher.

“The winner of Carcedo vs Rasulov fight will go on to fight for a regional international title so this fight promises to be top quality and the winner will get his reward,“ said Australian Hall of Fame promoter Peter Maniatis.

The event, which will have 12 undercard bouts and will be streamed live of on social media, is also co-promoted by Ultratune Auto Service Centres in Australia of Mr Sean Buckley and Mr Hisham Hanna and supervisor Justin Kennedy.
