ST. JOHN Paul II College of Davao and Agro Industrial Foundation College will battle in a knockout match to determine who will play in the championship on Saturday in Magsaysay.

“It's okay. We’ll have a knockout game this Saturday against Agro,” said SJP head coach Howard Delgado.

The winner will play in the championship against the winner between Cor Jesu College and the University of Mindanao Digos.

But the Agro Sailors of Coach Rhoderick Conda are not to be taken lightly. They are eager to win against the Saints.

The last time the two teams met was in 2019 at the Escandor Cup and the 1st Mayor Sarande Cup Invitational Inter Collegiate basketball tournament.

The Saints defeated the Sailors in both tournaments.
