Mexican-American super lightweight José “Chon” Zepeda (32-2, 26 KO's) awesomely scored one heck of a win, defeating via 5th effective KO Belarusian former world champion Iván Baranchyk (20-2, 13 KO's) in their WBC 140-pound Eliminator Saturday night @ the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, 🇺🇸 Nevada.

It was a riveting, spectacular clash of titans where both warriors visited the mat 4 times, thrilling fans with hot knock downs in every round. 💥💥

The defeated Belarusian Baranchyk fought his heart out, thirsty for victory, knocking down his opponent Zepeda twice in the 1st round! 💥💥

But then Zepeda rocked Baranchyk down to the canvas in the 2nd inning.

Things were getting heated to a higher level of action with Baranchyk attacked Zepeda hard, returning him spiraling to the blue floor.

Then, Zepeda again propelled Baranchyk down in the 3rd lap! 💥💥

That was not it. Because you just needed to watch a bit longer and see Zepeda sending Baranchyk down in the 4th. This could get more exciting and awesome?

Yes it did.

In the fateful 5th episode, brave-heart Baranchyk stunned Zepeda down again... and it was then than José Zepeda exploded a monstrous left bomb over Baranchyk - which he never saw coming - that scattered the Belarusian combatant completely down on the canvas from where he stayed for the count with lights out, completely losing signal. No audio no video for a while. 😬

Amigos, the Mexican-American José Zepeda prevailed with enormous heart and tenacity, what a thrilling battle! Watch the action below. 👍

For me, this fight is so far the best of 2020.

The show was promoted by old fox hall-of-famer promoter Bob Arum, live on ESPN.
