Briton WBA super flyweight world champion Khalid Yafai is already in The Land of the Free ahead of his much awaited world-title defense against Nicaraguan former multi-division champ Román "Chocolatito" González, a hot rumble set for Saturday, February 29, at the Ford Center At The Star in the City of Frisco, Texas 🇺🇸 USA. 👍👍
It will be the 6th defense of the championship for the unbeaten 30-year-old Yafai (26-0, 15 KO's); and it will be against the popular, much-experienced Chocolatito, a stellar fighter who has been a monarch of the world in four different weight categories: 105, 108, 112 and 115 pounds.
At 32 years of age, Chocolatito (48-2, 40 KO's) wants to recover a world belt in the 115 pounds division, a weight class where he already reigned. Will he able to accomplish that?
The Yafai vs Chocolatito clash is promoted by Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing, live on DAZN.
May the Best Man Win..!! 🔥🔥
