Senator Manny Pacquiao on Friday was honored by the Armed Forces of the Philippines for his conquest of American welterweight champion Keith Thurman last July. The 40 year old fighting senator who is the only person in history to win titles in eight divisions, also became the oldest welterweight champion in history and once again entered boxing's top ten pound for pound list.
