GAB Chairman Abraham Mitra.
The Games and Amusement Board (GAB) is set to hold an open dialogue with boxing stakeholders and members of the Filipino boxing family.
The important gathering is intended to be a wide consultation and exchange of ideas aimed at strengthening and improving the sport of pro boxing in the country.
"This (boxing stakeholders dialogue) will provide an opportunity to review amendments on rules and regulations governing professional boxing in the Philippines, discuss other relevant issues and share insights," according to GAB's Boxing Division Officer in Charge Jackie Lou Cacho.
After the boxing dialogue, attendants are welcome to participate in the monthly Philippine boxing ratings committee meeting.
The dialogue is scheduled for this Wednesday, July 31, at 9 AM at GAB Chairman Baham Mitra's office located in the 2nd floor of Legaspi Tower 200, Paseo de Roxas, Makati, Metro Manila.
