Unbeaten young rising stars Martin, Mama, and Apolinario are ready for battle on June 9 in the newest exciting production of Sanman Promotions and ESPN5 Philippines.
The rumbles will unfold at TV5 Studio in Novaliches, Quezon City Metro Manila with a LIVE telecast on ESPN5 from 12 noon to 4 pm. 🥊
In the main event, world-ranked 20-year-old "Wonder Boy" Carl Jammes Martin (12-0, 11 KO's) of Lagawe, Ifugao Province, battles Yutthichai Wannawong, 22, of Nakhon Sawan, Thailand, in a 10 rounder non-title bantamweight clash. ⭐️⭐️
Also, "The Smasher" Jayson Mama (12-0, 6 KO's) faces experienced former world champ Ekkawit Songnui (48-6, 26 KO's) of Thailand. In this clash, fans will witness a Fast 'n furious young Pinoy warrior against an experienced ring savvy Thai fighter. Who will prevail? In boxing, anything can happen because there are no small enemies. No one can be under-estimated. Fans just saw Andy Ruiz brutalizing Anthony Joshua. So what will happen here? The Mama vs Songnui war is a 10 rounder non-title melee in the Flyweight class that no fan can afford to miss. 💥💥
From L to R: Carl James Martin, Jayson Mama, Randy Petalcorin and Dave Apolinario ready to thrill fans.
Moreover, the promising 20-year-old "Doberman" Dave Apolonario (10-0, 6 KO's), born to a Saragani family of brave boxers, trades heavy bombs against fellow Mindanao 112-pounder "Iligan Cemento" Dexter Alimento (12-6). The Apolinario vs Alimento clash is a non-title 10 chapters flyweight rumble.👍👍
Plus, former interim titlist Randy Petalcorin (29-3-1, 22 KO's) returns to fighting mode against veteran Thai warrior Worawatchai Boonjan (14-21-1, 13 KO's) of Petchaboon, Kingdom of Thailand. The Petalcorin vs Worawatchai collision is an eight-stanza non-title battle in the 108-pound division.
All fights are supervised by the Philippines' Games and Amusement Board (GAB).
