In a crossroads super middleweight fight, undefeated former world champion David Benavidez (21-0, 18KOs) of Phoenix, Arizona impressively stopped world rated J?Leon Love of Las Vegas, Nevada (24-3-1,13KOs) in 1:14 of round 2 on the main undercard of the Errol Spence Jr vs Mikey Garcia IBF world welterweight title fight at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas Saturday night.

After his win over Love, Benavidez called out newly crowned Anthony Dirrell in attendance who previously won his WBC belt after Benevidez was stripped for a positive drug test saying that Dirrell can?t call himself champ ?until he come see me. I want my belt back.?

Benavidez made short work of Love.

In a Super lightweight swing bout before the Benavidez-Love got underway, Lindolfo Delgado (9-0, 9KOs) of Linares, Mexico impressively stopped James Roach (5-2, 5KOs) of Grove, Oklahoma in 2:59 of round 1 as Roach could not beat the Referee?s count after being knockdown. This writer thinks Delgado is someone to watch in 2019 and 2020.
