
India's RSP Takes Best Boxing Promoter Award for Asia

A children?s choir on stage doing a heartfelt rendition of ?We Are the World? was the backdrop of the World Boxing Council Asian Summit.
A Parade of Color, featuring flags representing 500 delegates' origins from 17 countries around the world, added zing to the proceedings which saw a huge number of promoters and boxers including World Champions attending this WBC Summit and 3rd WBC Women?s Annual Convention from 16th - 20th November at the Philippine International Convention Center in Manila.
World Champions from across the world who were present at the Convention were:
Raja Amasheh - 3 times World Champion
Fabiana Bytyqi - WBC World Champion & WBC Youth World Champion
Melissa .St-Vil - WBC Silver Champion
Alicia Slick Ashley - 5 World Championship Titles & 3 Guinness World Records
In front of this elite gathering from the world of Boxing, Jai Singh Shekhawat and Sam Fernandes of Royal Sports Promotions (RSP) from India took the 2018 Best Boxing Promoter Award for Asia.
Royal Sports Promotions (RSP) has in its fold, close to 30 boxers of whom a few are Champions and some are amateur boxers being groomed by them for a higher level.
Indeed, RSP is not only aggressively promoting the Art of Boxing and their fleet of Boxers across the globe but they are always on the lookout for fresh raw talent who can take Indian Boxing to greater heights.
Also, RSP Boxers Rajesh Kumar (WBC World Youth Champion) and Vikas Singh (WBC Asia Silver Champion) are the first World Title holders from India. At this Summit and Convention, Vikas Singh also belted the WBC Asia Boxer of the Year Award for Asia.
RSP has entered into exclusive deals with Top Chinese and Singapore Boxing Promoter Liu Gang (Max Boxing Promotions) & Scott Patrick (Ringstar Boxing Promotions).
These collaborations are sure to take RSP and its talent and Indian Boxing to greater glory.
