PORRAS IS MINPROBA BOXER OF THE MONTH FOR SEPTEMBER

NEWLY-CROWNED Mindanao Professional Boxing Association (MinProBA) super bantamweight champion Glenn ?The Rock? Porras is the MinProBA Boxer of the Month for September.

Porras earned the honor for stopping former MinProBA super flyweight champion Dingdong ?Fantasy Warrior? Quinones last September 15 in Panabo City. Porras was voted during the monthly ratings held at the Sito?s in Panabo City last Thursday.

The ratings committee was spearheaded by MinProBA president Engr. Jilson Basang.

Michael ?The Chieftain? Bravo earned the honorable mention for winning the vacant MinProba super flyweight title via a second round technical knockout win over Armando Yee in the same boxing card promoted by the MB Northstar Promotions.
