BANGKOK, Thailand — Four talented Filipino boxers are all set for thrilling action in the Highland Boxing show on August 30 at the World Siam Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, live on DAZN.

The fantastic four includes my fellow Cebuano “Money Punch” Elmo Traya (15-5, 10 KOs) of Mandaue, Rockie Bactol (0-1), Lemuel Kenneth De Barbo (4-0, 4 KOs), and Leonard Porres III (7-0, 6 KOs).

The friendly Elmo Traya will face taller Thai fighter Chaiwat Mueanphong in a 10-round bout for the Asian Boxing Federation (ABF) Super Welterweight Title. They look strong in this Philboxing pic!

Meanwhile, popular former MMA fighter turned pro boxer Rockie Bactol, wearing black trunks in the photo, takes on much taller Briton Michael Roos (2-1) in a six-round match in the 168-pound weight class.

Also, unbeaten super featherweight Lemuel Kenneth De Barbo (4-0, 4 KOs) of the Pinoy Boxin Prodigy Team will clash with Thai fighter Wichai Khamson (0-2) in a six-round bout in the 130-pound division.

Additionally, hard-hitting Leonard Porres III (7-0, 6 KOs) of Misamis Oriental – who is trained by famed coach Edito Villamor of Mandaue, Cebu – will face local fighter Suriya Kaimanee (5-5-2) in a six-round match at 115 pounds.

After successfully weighing-in, the Pinoy boxers posed for a group photo with the other boxers, the promoters, and the officials taking part in the exciting boxing event in “The Land of Smiles.”

Good luck to the Filipino boxers in their upcoming bouts in the Highland boxing event on August 30 in Thailand! 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

May the best fighters win! 👍🥊🙏
