Esteemed businessman-sportsman Manny Pangilinan, president of the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas has appealed to the head of the Olympic Council of Asia to re-think their position on the eligibility of naturalized American Andray Blatche and to allow him to play for Gilas Pilipinas in the forthcoming ASian Games in Incheon, South Korea.
