TV5 TO TELECAST SEVEN PBA GAMES A WEEK ?LIVE?

TV 5 will telecast seven PBA games a week ?live? in response to a clamor from the fans as well as the PBA board of governors.
Following a meeting with PBA Commissioner Chito Salud, the head of TV5 Sports, Chot Reyes informed the Manila Standard that in addition to the ?live? telecast of the main games every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 p.m. there will also be two games aired ?live? on Saturdays and Sundays.
The first game on Saturday will air at 2:45 p.m. and the second game at 5:15 p.m. while on Sundays the doubleheader will begin at 3:00 p.m. and will also include Sports5Center.
With the new schedule Reyes said ?TV 5 and the PBA will continue to give diehard fans and viewers good basketball action? as a follow up to the tremendously successful Philippine Cup and the on-going import-reinforced Commissioner?s Cup.
