Undefeated Filipino southpaw Jun ?Hercules? Doliguez who was the only Filipino on the undercard of the Juan Manuel Marquez ? Timothy Bradley showdown at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas on Sunday, Manila Time, is scheduled to return from Los Angeles on the Philippine Airlines flight on Thursday morning following his big win.

His youthful manager Elmer Anuran who was pleased with the performance of Doliguez who scored a 6th round stoppage of Mexican veteran Giovanni Caro, said his fighter still had to hone his skills but explained that he was eager to prove himself and redeem his reputation after a disappointing majority draw in his US debut against Ruben Tamayo in Yucatan, Mexico last July 20.

Doliguez? was flooded with invitations from Filipinos who watched the fight in the US and had something to cheer about.

The hard-hitting southpaw who improved his recored to 17-0-2 with 13 knockouts, hurt Caro, a Mexican journeyman in the opening round and caught him with some solid combinations throughout before he ended the bout by scoring two knockdowns in the sixth round and finished off Caro with a cracking left straight to the delight of Anuran, trainer Benny De La Paz and American TV commentator Col. Bob Sheridan who had Doliguez winning every round in his unofficial scorecard and was impressed by the 22 year old Filipino.

Doliguez who has a promotional agreement with Fernando Beltran of Zanfer, is among the fighters who are under the Viva Sports Management Group.
