"Fighter of the Decade" Manny Pacquiao who was supposed to step up his training for his WBO International welterweight title fight against the exciting Brandon "Bam Bam" Rios in Macau on November 24 by sparring with Ghana's undefeated IBF Continental Africa welterweight champion and newly crowned IBF International welterweight king Fredrick Lawson at his MP Towers Gym on Tuesday, decided to postpone the session until Thursday in General Santos City.

Pacquiao?s eldest daughter Princess celebrated her birthday Tuesday by bringing cheer to kids at the White Cross Children?s Home in San Juan with both Manny and wife Jinkee in attendance.

Pacquiao left early to train at his Gym in Manila but adviser Michael Koncz in a one-word answer said ?No? when the Manila Standard inquired whether Pacquiao would spar as earlier announced with Lawson who is ranked No. 5 in the IBF Intercontinental ratings.

Lawson won the IBF title with a twelve round decision over Georgia's strongman Georgi Ungiadze in in what was described as "a rumble" which took place at the Jubilee Pool House, in the Ghananian capital of Accra in a fight that had fans on their feet throughout.

Lawson won a gold medal in the 2007 African Boxing Championship and silver in the 2008 and 2009 Championships and represented Ghana in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

Following his training routine at the MP Towers Gym on Monday, Pacquiao played a game of basketball at the Rizal Memorial Stadium which is part of his regimen to stay fit.

He played alongside former PBA import Jamelle Cornley but dropped a 78-77 heartbreaker on a last second triple by their opponents.
