Although his attention right now is focused on his newborn son Nonito ?The Filipino Flash? Donaire will be ready to return to the ring sometime in late October or early November.

In a conversation with the Manila Standard, Donaire said looking after his first child and wife Rachel is ?incredible. They are both doing fine and the baby is excellent.?

Donaire, the 2012 ?Fighter of the Year? and former WBO and Ring Magazine super bantamweight champion who lost his title in stunning loss to former Cuban two-time Olympic gold medalist Guillermo Rigondeaux at the Radio C ity Music Hall in New York last April 13 said ?right now my attention is the baby.?

However, he added, if his manager Cameron Dunkin and Top Rank Promotions have an upcoming fight lined up no matter who the opponent is, ?just let me know and I?ll be ready to go.?

Donaire who recently told us he had put on weight and was walking around at 140 pounds said that since former three division champion Vic Drachinyan whom he knocked out in five rounds to win the IBF/IBO flyweight titles on July n7, 2007 is being mentioned as a likely opponent, he (Donaire) needs ?a month and a half to trim down and if I can come down to 130 I?ll be okay to fight at 122.?

Darchinyan is currently ranked No.1 by the WBO.
