LAS VEGAS, Nevada - Sensational superstar Manny Pacquiao looked sharp, strong and in good spirits during his final training session at the Top Rank Gym on Thursday afternoon ahead of his fourth battle with Super Lightweight World Champion Juan Manuel "Dinamita" Marquez for the 'WBO Champion of the Decade Title' this Saturday at the MGM Grand Arena here in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The hugely popular Manny Pacquiao (soon to hit his 34th birthday on Dec. 17), had a light workout session directed by his hall-of-fame trainer Freddie Roach with the assistance of conditioning coach Alex Ariza.

Specifically, the Filipino icon did shadow boxing, seat-ups (up-and-down and side-to-side), flexibility exercises. Near the end of the session, the Pacman took of his shirt and showed the few in attendance his clearly defined abdominal "six packs," sign that the world's most famous Filipino is in really top form.

In attendance were Manny's adviser Rex "Wakee" Salud, old friend Gerry Penalosa, former champ Ana Julaton, Dr. Ed de la Vega, Ritz Mazon, as well as other close friends and members of Pacquiao's entourage.

The 8-division world champion appeared confident, in good mood, often smiling. At one moment the congressman/fighter even grabbed the camera of Fil-Am photographer/writer Dr. Ed de la Vega to check how good were the photos taken by the popular dentist and cutman who is also the famous maker of the "Mouthguard of Champions."

Pacquiao's final sweat session ended around 4:30 pm PT and the charismatic Filipino was ready for a well-deserved meal.

Weigh-in will be Friday at 2:30pm PT at the MGM Grand and Philboxing will be present.
