IBF #3 Jr. Flyweight fighter Lu?s Alberto R?os of Panama (LEFT) weighed-in 108 lbs (49 kgs) while his opponent world's #5 Felipe Salguero of Toluca, M?xico scaled 107 ? (48.65 kgs) ahead of their 12-round IBF Eliminator fight tomorrow at the Roberto Dur?n Arena in Ciudad de Panam?. The winner will become the IBF #1 Jr. Flyweight fighter as well as mandatory challenger of Filipino IBF World champion Johnriel Casimero.

The 22 year-old Luis Alberto 'Pan Blanco' R?os (17-1-1, 12KO's) is the reigning WBC Latino champion since last February and has knocked out his last six foes.

Meanwhile, Felipe Salguero (16-3-1, 11KO's) comes from a good performance against veteran WBO Jr. lightweight world champion Donnie Nietes (30-1-3, 16KO's), a fight that Salguero lost by unanimous decision last June in Manila, Philippines.

Given the good KO ratio for both young warriors and their willingness to engage, it's widely believed that the combat will not last the scheduled 12 rounds.

Officials for the bout are: referee Ernie Sharif of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; judges Alejandro L?pez of M?xico, Oldemar Soto of Panama and Troyce Stamey of North Carolina, USA. Fight supervisor is IBF President Daryl J. Peoples of New Jersey.
