In a trial weigh-in at the plush Emperor's Palace Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa, IBO Minimumweight world champion South African Hekkie Budler scaled-in 107.80 lbs (48.90 kgs) while Filipino challenger former champion "The Little Pacquiao" Florante Condes made 107.14 lbs (48.60 kgs) ahead of their IBO world title clash this Saturday (Sept 22) in South Africa.

The official IBO weigh-in ceremony will be this Friday (Sept 21), in which both fighters are required to make no more than 105 lbs (47.63 kgs), the limit of the minimumweight division.

"Condes (25-6-1, 21KO's) looks relax and in good shape for the coming big event. He will have no problem in making the weight. Budler (20-1, 6KO's) is young, hard and a good fighter. But Condes has experienced. punches hard and had a good training camp in La Trinidad (Benguet). We just hope for the best," said from Johannesburg international matchmaker Brico Santig to Philboxing.
