Middleweight world champion Sergio "Maravilla" Martinez has been competing in "Bailando por un Sue?o," the Latin American version of the reality TV show "Dancing with the Stars," and it seems that the southpaw heavy hitter world champion has been enjoying himself.

Days ago Martinez appeared across Latin America with his gorgeous blonde dancing partner the stunning Sof?a Macaggi dancing the classical disco song "Celebration." Sergio seems to be making friends while having fun in the competition, but his next opponent Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. has tweeted to call Sergio a "ballerina."

So yesterday during the popular Boxing TV Talk Show "Boxeo de Primera" on channel TyC TV, Sergio Martinez was asked by the show's host to comment on Chavez's tweet.

Martinez, 37, replied by promising viewers that Chavez will pay for the disrespect. "I am going to have to pluck his feathers," said the boxer regarded as one of the top fighters in the world.

Looking at the camera of TyC TV, Martinez sent a message to Chavez in Spanish (here is the translation):

"Chavez, I'll have to pluck your feathers, you're such a chicken. I'm talking to you (pointing his finger towards the TV camera). You know those baseball bats that are used to hit balls? You better come up to the ring with one of those baseball bats...(small pause) You will have defend yourself good because I'm going to send blows all over you, even on your ID card, blows in the sole of the shoe (metaphoric). Chavez, I will crush your bones. I will score a knock out on you whenever I press you. But first I'll make you suffer. So come September 15, you better get ready. I tell you right now: this old man (Segio points at himself) will teach you a lesson."

During the interview prior to the dance competition Martinez was asked about the best fighters in the word. The Argentina host of the dancing competition said to Maravilla that he things that Mayweather would "kill" Pacquiao in the ring and asked the middleweight champion said "I think so too. Floyd Mayweather is the best fighter in the world. That's why I'd love to fight him. Mayweather would sweep the floor with Pacquiao."

Sergio Martinez and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. are scheduled to fight for the WBC middleweight world title on September 15 in a Top Rank Promotion
