MANILA -- A record breaking event in the history of boxing happens this October 29, 2011 at the city coliseum of Puerto Princesa , as Mayor Edward Hagedorn hosts the 7 WBC INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE FIGHTS boxing event in parallel to his drive for the Puerto Princesa underground river to be included in the New 7 Wonders of Nature.

The underground river of Puerto Princesa has been declared as one of the Official Finalist to the New 7 Wonders of Nature. It is a source of pride and a key element in the identity of the people of Puerto Princesa in particular, and the Filipino people as a whole. No less than his Excellency, President Noynoy Aquino is calling into action all sectors and all people to support the campaign in his speech during his recent visit in the city. To vote , text PPUR (any mobile network)and get a chance to win Php. 25MILLION Grand Prize on Dec. 29,2011.

In cooperation with Bebot Elorde, head of Elorde Boxing Int?l and son of legendary Philippines ?Flash Elorde?. The protagonist are; Dado Cabintoy vs Hiroki of Japan for the vacant WBC International Bantamweight Championship and Renan Tronco of Puerto Princesa vs Sirisak Sitjarern of Thailand for the WBC Light Flyweight , Chris Paulino of Romblon vs Danai Meendang of Bangkok, Thailand for the WBC Youth Flyweight Championship , Gabriel Altarejos of Paranaque City vs Gawna Sorsirisak of Bangkok for the WBC Youth Super Flyweight Championship , Vergel Nebran of Pangasinan vs Petchunan Sithpandeang of Thailand for the WBC Youth Bantamweight Championship, Jaderes Padua of Albay vs Manopnoi Singmamasak of Thailand for the WBC Youth Super Bantamweight Championship and Joe Maxian vs Themsamutar Duanay ? Mukdahan for the WBC Youth Super Featherweight Championship.

With the professional Youth World Boxing Council?s championship program, we will have an organization that will care for our boxers, open the doors for opportunities, and cover the big step from amateurism to world championship. The purpose of the Youth World Boxing Council?s fights is to approve top rated championship fights for the future of many great, young prospects who are in the world today. The fights will be shown on ABS-CBN Studio23 prime time, Nov. 5 at 9:00 to 9:00pm and Nov. 6 at 8:00pm to 10:00pm.
