After his sensational TKO win over Omar Soto in Hawaii, Denver Cuello-Singwangcha has been assured of a world title crack before the end of this year. The good news was announced by famed promoter Aljoe Jaro upon his return from Thailand last night. Jaro told this author that he and his partner Thai Promoter Naris Singwangcha has been ironing out opportunities for Denver and finally sealed a deal with Canelo Promotions of Mexico through its President CEO Eddy Renosa and Matchmaker Hector Zapari. Canelo Promotions will be the exclusive international promoter of Cuello-Singwangcha and other upcoming prospects of the Jaro Stable including top contender Sonny Boy Jaro.

Canelo Promotions has lined up a September 24 big fight for Denver in Mexico. The boxer will also appear in Mexican TV shows in order to gain recognition. If his September fight ends early and leaves no damage on Denver, he will have one more fight on October and finally fight for the long-waited world title fight by November or December.

Renosa said they have always been impressed by the exciting style of Cuello-Singwangca inside the ring and he is sure that the kid will be a great world champion. He believes Denver will become the face of boxing in the lower weight categories. He also took other Filipino prospects because Pinoy Boxers are very marketable in Mexico and US due to their famed warrior attitude like those of Mexicans.

Aljoe Jaro?s friend and co-promoter Naris Singwangcha stated that he will always support Denver being his first adopted Filipino Singwangcha boxer. ?I believe in the greatness of Denver and I treat him like family. I am so proud that he brings the name Singwangcha up the ring and will even be more proud if he becomes a world champion. I am also a fan of Pinoy Boxers because they are the most competitive boxers against any other race in the world especially against Mexicans. It is a very easy job marketing Pinoy Boxers also because Manny Pacquiao has paved the way for them. Because of my love for Filipino Boxers, the Philippines is like my second home, Singwangcha told this scribe.

Jaro said that they will be leaving for Las Vegas in September 15 to watch the Mayweather-Ortiz fight on the 17th and later on proceed to Mexico so that Denver can immediately start his final preparations for the fight. When this scribe asked Denver about how he feels about this recent development, he replied, ?A world championship belt around my belt has always been my dream. I have always been ready to fight any champion who has the guts to give me a chance. Nothing came so far. I am excited to fight in Mexico or anywhere else. I hope and pray that indeed, I can be a world champion this year.?
