Pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao has been nominated in the 'Best Fighter' and 'Best Play' categories in this year's Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Awards (ESPY), an annual event organized by the American cable television network ESPN.
Awards night will be on July 15 at NOKIA Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles starting at 6pm.
Winners will be determined by the number of votes a nominee gets thru online voting at ESPN's website at http://promo.espn.go.com/espn/specialsection/espys2009/#/home/. Online voting is currently ongoing and closes on July 11 at midnight (PST).
