Australia’s Billy Polkinghorn made weight, scaling-in at 134.37 pounds, however, “Prince” Albert Pagara from Maasin, Philippines, came in heavier at 141.32 lbs., in his first try at the scale in Perth, Australia.
Their fight will still go ahead with the WBC Australasia Lightweight belt in play only for the Aussie.
The 8-round clash will air LIVE on PPV on LiveCombatSports Australia (link below)
After a tough setback last May in Russia and two stay-busy wins in Thailand, the Maasin-native is eager to turn his career around in "The Land Down Under!”
A win over Bill Polkinghorn will work wonders for Pagara’s career.
The 32-year-old trained at the Highland Boxing Gym in Bangkok, Thailand, and is guided in Perth by veteran coach Frank Jaro of Rizal.

Can the heavier Pagara demolish his less-experienced, lighter opponent?
Not an easy mission, but his fans in Cebu, Southern Leyte, and beyond are rallying behind him.
The WBC Australasia Lightweight (135-pound) is on the line only for Billy Polkinghorn because he was the only one who made weight.
The title fight is promoted by Australia's Pathway Promotions.
Fans of “Prince” Albert Pagara who can catch his fight LIVE on PPV at:

The PPV costs AUD 39.95 (approximately PHP 1,700).
Philboxing wishes Pagara the best of luck. May the Best Man Win, Laban Pinoy! 🇵🇭
