Cebu City, Philippines -- Both protagonists for Saturday's Judgement at the Waterfront main event, Z Gorres of the Philippines and Roberto Carlos Leyva of Mexico came over the weight limit on their first try but both came back less than an hour later to make the required weight at the Entertainment Center of SM City here for their WBO Oriental Bantamweight Championship showdown.

Gorres initially came in at 118.5 lbs but tipped the scales at 118 lbs 30 minutes later. Leyva came a pound over at 119 lbs in his first try but came back at 116.75 after an hour of workout under the sweltering heat of the sun outside the mall.

ALA rising star Milan Melindo and former world champion Muhammad Rachman of Indonesia both came in at 106 lbs for their 10-round minimumweight tussle for Saturday night's co-feature bout.

- Michael Domingo - 120.5 lbs vs Monico Laurente - 120.5 lbs (122.5 lbs on first try)

- James Bacon - 132 lbs vs William George - 129 lbs.

- Joseph Von Minoza - 122 3/4 lbs vs Rufino Mante - 123 lbs.

- Marjohn Macahilig - 109 lbs vs Marlon Aresga - 109.75 lbs.

- Ricardo Campana - 112.5 lbs vs Jherpol Valero - 112.5 lbs.

- Jomar Cordinilio - 104 lbs vs Ricky Nunez - 106.75 lbs.

Today's weighin was supervised by WBO Vice-President Leon Panoncillo for Gorres' and Leyva's championship tussle and GAB Cebu representative Rolando Mendoza.

The first bout starts at 6:00pm on Saturday at the Grand Ballroom of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel in Lahug, Cebu City.
