Brownsville's Rising Star Looks to Extend Perfect Record on MVPW-05 at Caribe Royale in Orlando
LAS VEGAS, NV (July 21, 2026) – Boxlab Promotions’ undefeated middleweight prospect Sebastian Juarez (11-0, 8 KOs) has built a reputation as one of Texas' brightest young talents, combining relentless pressure with knockout power as he steadily climbs the middleweight ranks.
On Saturday, August 8, 2026, the Brownsville native returns to action against battle-tested veteran Rance Ward (9-6-1, 2 KOs) of Houma, Louisiana, in a scheduled six-round middleweight bout at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, Florida.
The bout will air live on MVP’s YouTube channel as part of MVPW-05, presented by Most Valuable Promotions in association with Boxlab Promotions.
For Juarez, who had one of the most exciting rounds in boxing history against Demarcus Layton, every appearance under the bright lights is another opportunity to showcase his growth.
"I'm excited to get back in the ring because this is what I love to do," said Juarez. "Rance Ward is a tough fighter who's been in there with experienced competition, so I'm expecting him to come ready. Every fight teaches you something, and I respect anyone willing to step into the ring. My focus has been on putting together another complete performance and showing that I'm continuing to improve every time I fight."
With August marking another important step in his development, Juarez hopes to remain active throughout the remainder of 2026 while maintaining the disciplined approach that has carried him to an undefeated record.
"The goal is definitely to stay busy for the rest of the year because activity is how young fighters continue to grow," Juarez explained. "But staying active doesn't mean overlooking the man standing in front of me. This fight has my full attention because every opponent is an opportunity to either move forward or take a step back. My team has prepared me to treat every fight like it's the biggest of my career, and that's exactly how I'm approaching August 8."
Known for his aggressive style and finishing instincts, Juarez says fans tuning in should expect another exciting performance.
"When people watch me fight, I want them to see someone who's hungry to become a world champion," Juarez said. "I'm always looking to bring energy, action, and excitement every time I step into the ring. Whether the fight goes the distance or ends early, my job is to give the fans something to remember. I'm coming to make a statement and show everyone why I'm one of the top young middleweights in boxing."
Boxlab Promotions President Amaury Piedra believes Juarez continues to mature into one of the sport's most promising middleweight prospects.
"Sebastian has demonstrated remarkable consistency throughout the early stages of his professional career," Piedra said. "His talent has always been evident, but what continues to impress us is his commitment to improving with each training camp. He approaches his craft with maturity, discipline, and an constant desire to learn, qualities that often distinguish good prospects from future contenders."
Piedra also emphasized the importance of facing experienced opposition as Juarez progresses toward championship-level competition.
"Rance Ward represents the type of opponent every developing prospect should encounter," Piedra continued. "He brings experience, resilience, and professionalism into the ring, making him an ideal test for Sebastian at this stage of his career. We are committed to building Sebastian the right way, ensuring that each fight prepares him for the increasingly difficult challenges that lie ahead. We have every confidence that he will rise to the occasion on August 8."
