DORAL, FL (May 13, 2026) – While many know Gustavo “The Cuban Assassin” Trujillo as a world champion fighter and dominant force in combat sports, those closest to him know another side of the champion, one dedicated to helping children and families in need. Trujillo, the BKB Heavyweight Champion, will dedicate his next BKB fight scheduled for August 29, 2026, to kids with autism brining awarness to the topic.
Together with Clay Blanco and Marela Sensat, founders of Bio Cell Wellness Group in Doral, Florida, Gustavo Trujillo has become deeply involved in supporting children on the autism spectrum by helping provide access to specialized wellness and therapeutic treatments for families who otherwise could not afford them.
Currently, the team is sponsoring and assisting approximately six children, offering therapies and services that include Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber sessions, PEMF Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and specialized laboratory testing focused on improving quality of life and overall wellness.
For many families, these treatments can be financially overwhelming and simply out of reach. Through the combined efforts of Gustavo Trujillo and Bio Cell Wellness Group, these children are receiving hope, care, and opportunities they may never have had otherwise.
“This is bigger than boxing,” said Gustavo Trujillo. “Being a champion is not only about winning fights. It’s about using your platform to help others, especially children who deserve a chance at a better future. These families need support, and we want the community to know they can make a real difference.”
Bio Cell Wellness Group has made community care and functional wellness central to its mission. Their commitment to supporting children on the autism spectrum has fueled ongoing efforts to expand the program and reach more families in need.
“We have seen firsthand how difficult it is for parents trying to afford these therapies,” said the Bio Cell Wellness Group co-founder Marela Sensat. “Our goal is to continue helping as many children as possible, but we cannot do it alone. Community support is essential.”
The team is now asking for the support of local businesses, sponsors, donors, and community members willing to contribute toward treatment costs, therapies, and laboratory testing for additional children.
“Every sponsorship and donation has the potential to directly impact the life of a child and provide access to care that many families are struggling to obtain,” said co-founder Clay Blanco of Bio Cell Wellness Group. “It’s about creating real opportunities for children to receive the support they need to grow, heal, and thrive, while giving families hope during some of their most challenging times. This initiative is not about recognition or publicity, it is about compassion, community, and creating hope for children and parents facing difficult circumstances every day."
Those interested in supporting the initiative or sponsoring a child’s treatment are encouraged to contact Bio Cell Wellness Group in Doral, Florida for more information. Together, the community can help create a brighter future for these children, one family at a time.
Gustavo Trujillo (10-0, 9 KOs) will return to the ring against Sergio Ramirez Marin (22-8, 12 KOs) in a 10-round heavyweight fight taking place at the historic War Memorial Auditorium in Fort Lauderdale, FL, on May 30, 2026. The event will be promoted by American Dream Presents.
