Abu Bakar ready to rumble against Singh on April 11

AIMAN Abu Bakar of Malaysia is now ready to fight Keisham Luckysun Singh of India for the vacant WBC Asian super featherweight title on April 11 at The Flash Grand Ballroom of the Elorde Sports Complex in Paranaque City.
The 34-year-old Abu Bakar [12-2-1, 7KOs] arrived from Japan where he spent eight weeks of camp.
“I feel great, ready and cannot wait to step in the ring again. This is our time,” said Abu Bakar on his Facebook page.
Abu Bakar, a former WBC Asian Silver super featherweight champion, said that the team is ready.
He thanked everyone for pushing him all throughout camp in Japan.
“This is our time. I will be victorious,” said Abu Bakar.
Abu Bakar stopped Kasimu Hamad Haji of Tanzania in the 4th round last August 23 at Elorde Sports Complex in Paranaque.
Singh, 25 [14-1-0, 9KOs], on the other hand, scored a 7th round technical knockout against Larapborsing Kharbani last November 5 at Chan Singh Boxing Academy in New Delhi.
The event dubbed as “Throne of Asia” is promoted by Art Monis of Hardstone Monis Boxing Gym.
