Wise Owl Boxing continues to solidify its position as one of the fastest-rising management companies in the sport with the signing of former world champion Julio César Martínez.

Martinez, widely recognized as one of boxing’s most electrifying and fan-friendly fighters, now joins an already elite Wise Owl stable that includes world title contenders, rising prospects, and Olympians. The addition of “El Rey” further strengthens Wise Owl’s growing reputation for developing and managing championship-level talent.

Wise Owl Boxing is headed by Mark Habibi, with Martinez to be co-managed by respected boxing figure Miguel Lopez. Together, the team is committed to guiding Martinez back to the pinnacle of the sport.

“We’re very excited about this signing,” said Habibi. “Julio Cesar Martinez is a proven world champion with a massive fan base and a style that fans love. He brings energy, personality, and excitement every time he steps into the ring. Our goal is clear — to bring him back to the championship level and help him regain a world title.”

Known for his aggressive fighting style, relentless pressure, and knockout power, Martinez has built a loyal global following. His charisma and big personality have made him one of the most entertaining fighters in the sport today.

With Wise Owl Boxing now steering his career, Martinez is positioned for a strong return to the top of the division, with major opportunities on the horizon.

“This is a huge addition to our team,” Habibi added. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to the Wise Owl family and excited for what’s ahead.”

Wise Owl Boxing continues to expand its influence across the sport, assembling a roster of high-level fighters and positioning itself as a premier management company in boxing.
