BANGKOK, Thailand — Pakistan's Bridgerweight Taimoor Khan (15-1, 13 KOs) headlines in Brico Santig's 11-bout pro boxing event on Saturday, August 15, at the Highland Boxing Gym in Bangkok, Thailand.
Also featuring in the action-packed event are Filipino boxers Lemuel De Barbo, Ivan Ognayon, Renato Cha Jr. and Alvin Dologuin, as well as Afghanistan's Super Middleweight Ahmad Samir Dawrani.
De Barbo (3-0, 3 KOs) faces Thai opponent Saharat in a six-round super featherweight bout. Ivan Ognayon (2-0-1) of the Prodigy Boxing Team takes on debutant Phatchara in the 126-pound weight class.
Filipinos of the Highland Boxing Team pose with Pakistan Bridgerweight Taimoor Khan (15-1, 13 KOs).
Hard-hitting Renato Cha Jr. (5-1-2, 5 KOs) of the Highland Gym battles Thai fighter Naruenat in the featherweight division. Meanwhile, Pinoy Light Flyweight Alvin Dologuin (0-3-1) seeks his first pro win against Nattaphat in a six-round bout.
Afghanistan's battle-tested Ahmad Samir Dawrani (11-5-1, 8 KOs) trades blows with Thai warrior Sakda in the 168-lbs division.
Five more professional fights complement the exciting afternoon of boxing, organized by Brico Santig and Supanat Chanram.
Inspector Thanat Saraban and chairman Worawuth Duankhao of Thailand's Professional Boxing Association will supervise the event. Best of luck to the Filipino boxers, may the best men win!
