BANGKOK, Thailand -- Brave Filipino J.R. Waminal (16-8-1, 9 KO's) of Cebu is more than ready to challenge world-ranked WBC Asia Super Bantamweight Champion "Chainoi" Thattana Luangphon (21-0-1, 15 KO's).

The exciting 10-rounder is set to unfold on Saturday, July 29, in a NKL Promotion at the Suamlum Night Bazaar, Ratchadaphisek in Bangkok, Thailand.

During Friday's weigh-in, both young warriors were able to beat the scale, correctly making weight, looking strong and fit, as well as friendly and cordial towards each other.

Will the undefeated world-ranked "Chainoi" make another successful title defense as his many fans in Thailand expect, staying on course for a possible world title clash?

Or will the Pinoy underdog defeat Chainoi and the odds to claim the regional belt and a place in the world rankings?

The live action can be watch from the official link of Thai Rath TV Channel 32.
