BANGKOK, Thailand -- Bicolano cybernetic organism "The Terminator" Ador Torres (8-4-1, 5 KO's), living tissue over metal endoskeleton, born in the beautiful Bicol Bungto san Santa Magdalena in the Probinsya han Sorsogon in the Philippines, searched, targeted and destroyed in three rounds Thailand's former Muay Thai combatant Phiraphong Phuitthoeng to retain his ABF (Asian Boxing Federation) Welterweight Title.
Torres' stoppage win unfolded Thursday, April 27, at the luxurious SpacePlus Night Club, RCA Plaza, in Bangkok, Thailand, in an exciting televised show produced by promoters Brico Santig and Supanat Chanram of Highland Boxing Promotions.
The Filipino proved to be superior in every way to his opponent, out-classing him with more skilled boxing, as well as overwhelming him with superior fire power.
The victory is Ador Torres' first successful defense of the ABF welterweight strap that he conquered last December with a round four knockout win over Thai combatant Meechaiya Kaiwiset in Bangkok.
The triumph is also Ador Torres' 4th consecutive knockout win in the Kingdom of Thailand, the 28-year-old Pinoy "Terminator" feeling more than ready for tougher 'search and destroy' missions.
Congratulations Ador!
