Tough Filipino welterweight Joepher Montaño can't wait to climb the ring for hot action against "The Destroyer" Baishanbo Nasiyiwula in their exciting featured fight this coming Satuday, February 4, at the VIC Sports Complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Yes indeed, Filipino WBO Oriental Welterweight champion Joepher "El Gwapito" Montaño (13-5-2, 12 KO's), born in Bago, Negros Occidental, clashes against Uyghur warrior former WBA Asia Champ "The Destroyer" Baishanbo Nasiyiwula (17-3-1, 7 KO's) from the City of Altay in the Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in far Northern Xinjiang.

Their war promises to be an exciting show of skills and power that might end by knockout. But who would stop who?

Importantly, two inches taller than Montaño, Baishanbo "The Destroyer" hasn't climbed the ring for a fight in 3 years, a drawback mainly due to the covid pandemic.

In contrast, the 26-year-old Pinoy southpaw has kept himself busy - especially during 2022.

2022 was the year in which the hard-hitting Montaño scored two exciting knockout wins regional titles, both of those victories earned in the City of Gold, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Last June, Joepher Montaño stopped in less than 3 minutes Indonesian Knockout Artist Ari Agustian (8-2, 8 KO's) to defend his ABF super lightweight belt.

Then, in November the confident Negros Occidental warrior fought again, this time as a welterweight, knocking out young Indian 147-pounder Kulbir Dhaka (6-2, 3 KO's), to claim the vacant WBO Oriental Welterweight Belt.

All the while, "The Destroyer" Baishanbo hasn't fought at all. Not even a round. He Just kept himself training.

Could there be "ring rust" for "The Destroyer?"

Would "activity vs no activity" mean a lot when the two welterweights, the one from Pinoyland and the other from Northeastern China collide this coming Saturday, February 4?

For you, does Montaño have an advantage?

"I think yes," says Brico Santig of Highland Boxing Promotions.

"I feel that this is a good fight for Joepher (Montaño). I wish he wins, and I will be there in Dubai, hoping for the best."

"The Destroyer" Baishanbo Nasiyiwula - who in person looks a lot like popular middleweight champion Triple G - is handled by China's top promoter Liu Gang of Maxpower, while Joepher Montano is handled by award-winning Filipino promoter Brico Santig.

Come fight night, and who will emerge victorious, Montaño or "The Destroyer"? What do you think?

Referee Samson Libres raises the hand of Joepher Montaño claimed who claimed the ABF Belt in a thrilling KO win in Bacolod as ABF Prez Naris Singwancha looks on.

Montaño vs "The Destroyer" Baishanbo unfolds this coming Saturday, February 4, 2023, at the VIC Sports Complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
