In a war of world-ranked fighters, popular 33-year-old Filipino former champ "Quadro Alas" John Riel Casimero (31-4, 21 KO's) of Leyte, returns to action as super bantam in a difficult 10-frame mission against tough 36-yer-old world-ranked Japanese Ryo Akaho (39-2-2, 25 KO's), next Saturday, December 3, at Paradise City Plaza in Incheon, South Korea.
The hot clash comes about extremely important for both men as the winner climbs up high in the world-rankings, increasing his possibilities for a world-title shot at 122 lbs in 2023.
Then, the questions that arise in fan's minds is:
"After a year away from ring action, will the Ormocanon former champ be back on weight and in top form against the former 2-time world title challenger Ryo, ravaging the Nippon warrior with fantastic speed and accuracy, overpowering him fast, the same way he did to Zolani Tete?"
Or will the disciplined, experienced Japanese fighter Ryo Akaho be the one to smartly outclass and defeat the sometimes-controversial Casimero the same way that his compatriot Jonas Sultan did to him before?
What could happen fight night in Incheon? May the Best Man Win!
