Filipino lightweight "The Equalizer" John Lawrence Ordonio (8-4-1, 4KO's) of San Fernando, La Union, scored a clear, well-deserved unanimous decision win over previously unbeaten local fighter Majid Al Naqbi (7-1, 4 KO's) Saturday night at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., live on DAZN.

From the get go, Ordonio, 25, shocked and outclassed his opponent, claiming the most rewarding triumph in his boxing career.

Numbers for the four-rounder were 40-36 (x2) and 39-37 all in favor of the Pinoy fighter guided in his Abu Dhabi victory by veteran man of boxing Art Monis of the Hardstone Boxing Gym.

The battle was one of the supporting bouts of the Dmtry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez WBA world light heavyweight championship.
