Brave Zamboangueño warrior Alvin “Daredevil” Medura (R) and his world-ranked Thai opponent Tasana Salapat (a.k.a. Petch CP Freshmart), made weight, both feeling strong and ready to rumble for the WBC Asia Continental Bantamweight Strap tomorrow Tuesday, April 26, at the Rangsit Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand.

The tough and taller Thai Tasana Salapat, a.k.a. Petch CP Freshmart (64-1, 48 KO's), is a dangerous former world-title challenger, currently ranked as WBC # 14, wanting Mindanao's Alvin Medura as a stepping stone in his goal to secure second world title shot. But could his plans be ruined?

Alvin Medura (R) makes weight, ready to fight taller Thai Asian Titlist.

Meanwhile, for the 28-year-old Alvin Medura (10-5, 7 KO’s), the hot mission is his golden opportunity to conquer a prestigious belt as well as the platform to sky rocket to the new level his pro boxing career.

In his mission in Thailand, "The Daredevil" is guided by his coach Randy Almazon, a man with 100% confidence in his pupil.

The clash marks Alvin's 5th fight behind enemy lines and his 2nd war in Thailand.

But for this one, the fighter from the Bebot Elorde Gym is focused in scoring a thrilling win.

However, given the credentials and experience of Tasana Salapat, the rumble might not be easy.

"Tasana Salapat vs Alvin Medura" for the WBC Asia Continental Belt airs live in Thailand on Thai network "True4U TV" Channel 24 on Tuesday, April 26, starting exactly at 6 PM in Thailand (UTC +7), which is 7 PM in the Philippines.

Boxing Fans around the world can watch Alvin Medura's fight online in this link:

Good luck to both, May the Best Man Win!
