Unbeaten WBC Lightweight World Champion David Haney (26-0, 15 KO’s) and tough challenger former Featherweight champ Joseph “Jo Jo” Diaz (32-1-1, 15 KO’s) are already in Sin City for their 12-rounder world title war this Saturday, Dec 4, at the awesome MGM Grand Las Vegas.
Will the undefeated Haney outbox and outland “Jo Jo” Diaz the same way Gary Russell did to him 3 years ago..?? Fans think so as Haney is skilled, bigger, younger.
But “Jo Jo” Diaz is strong, experienced and is a glory-hungry warrior with a will of steel.
Could the big-heart Mexican-American put enough heavy pressure on Haney to overwhelm him, dethrone him?
Me, I like the Latin brother “Jo Jo” Diaz, and I think he has some chances of pulling the upset. But it ain’t easy at all.
Sure you agree with me that this is a very, very though battle for the 29-year-old warrior from California, who is not the favorite among betting fans.
But the winner will hit the jackpot in Vegas.
Because he could get himself well-positioned for a much bigger payday as possible future opponent of newly crowned unified WBA/IBF/WBO Champion George Kambosos Jr., or for WBA-135 super champ Gervonta Davis, for superb tactician former king “Loma” Vasiliy Lomachenko... or even down the road for the super popular Californian “Kingry” Ryan Garcia.
This interesting title clash, pitting David Haney vs JoJo Diaz is promoted by Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom boxing, live on DAZN... and who will the winner be..??
May the Best Man Win!
