19-year-old Puerto Rican super welterweight rising star Xander Zayas (11-0, 8 KO's) rocked and stopped tough Dan Karpency (9-4-1, 4 KO's) in 4 exciting chapters, showing skills and speed tonight, Oct 23, at the State Farm in Atlanta, Georgia, live on ESPN.
The unbeaten Xander Zayas impressed so good former champ Tim Bradley, prompting him to say on air that fans are witnessing a young boxer "destined to greatness." That remains to be seen.
The 5' 10" Zayas - who began learning boxing to learn how to defend himself from bullies - will be in action again on Dec 11 in New York.
